mother's day

happy mother's day to all!! this year, jacob interviewed the kids about all things mommy:) it made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me appreciate all the effort my wonderful husband puts into making mother's day special:)

jacob didn't prep her at all for this- these answers are all audrey:)

he spent the majority of the morning without a shirt. that's my boy!

jack FINALLY learned how to play the harmonica! it's been a work in progress for a couple of months:)

this is him sneezing into a napkin. he just learned how to actually blow his nose, and for some reason, he finds it incredibley funny:)

this one is of him laughing himself silly while taking a bath. he always says no if you ask him to take a bath, but he loves it once he's in the tub with all the bubbles:)

audrey's my little helper! her newest thing is to help us feed sammy- and by help, i mean she does it herself:) sammy loves when audrey feeds him! when she's finished with her "helping" sammy will turn his head to follow her, hoping she'll come back:)

storytime

i've been doing a lot of singing with the kids ever since i was called as primary chorister. they love singing, and they love singing with hand motions and pictures most of all. nana ou bought us this wonderful nursery rhyme book that audrey loves. i think we read this book at least five times a day. she'll sing along with me and do all the hand motions! audrey's definitely ready for primary:)

sammy's so cute

here are a couple of videos of sammy. the first is of audrey playing with sammy- peekaboo is her favorite game with him because she likes to make him smile:) the second is of sammy eating his fist bits of rice cereal. he got the hang of it pretty quick! he was holding the spoon by himself after the first few bites:)

good mornings

we just love when sammy wakes up in the morning. he's so happy to lie in his bed, playing with his toys and talking until we get him:) he's so sweet

i just can't stop myself from taking pictures! i think i make a mad dash for the camera at least every hour. the kids just crack me up:) enjoy the videos and pics! the first one is of jack dancing- it's at the very end of the song, but you'll get the basic gist:) he does this everytime super-y ends:) the second clip is of jack counting his toes in his bath. he knows his numbers, but they're all mixed up with letters, so it gets pretty amusing to hear him "count":)

audrey's been asking to go swimming for a week and half now, and we finally found a floaty that fit her. needless to say, she got overly excited about it;) this video clip is of her yesterday after i told her we would go swimming when daddy got home- this was her response anytime i said anything to her:)
