this is how we found him one morning

he has no idea what to do

oh...it's popcorn!! and it's all for me!! he was always taking the other kids' popcorn, so i finally caved in and gave him his own bowl. most of it ended up on the floor:)

sammy's stuff

audrey and jack each sleep with tons of stuff in their beds, aside from blankets and pillows. sammy has never wanted anything except his monkey and thomas pillow. he usually would throw things off the bed at bedtime. he won't even sleep with a his beloved buzz lightyear blanket because he does not like stuff. until now. now, sammy sleep with so many toys we don't know where he is. he still won't use a blankets, but with charlie in the bed, there's no need. that stuffed dog is bigger than sammy!

however much stuff he has, monkey is always on hand. literally. if he's not touching monkey in his sleep he wakes up and cries until he finds it again.

she's exercising with mommy- the jump rope is a resistance band, the mittens are boxing gloves, and i have no idea why she has on snow boots

she went to two birthday parties on the same day and all she learned was that party hats are fun

it took me forever to find her!

now that they're in separate rooms, they're better friends

sammy's birthday

sammy's birthday was so much fun! we celebrated one day early, on sunday, just so the kids could have cake all day long:) not that sammy minded- cake for breakfast rocks! he also got to open his presents- three special agent oso toys figures ( his newest obsession) and a stuffed kitty ( he's been taking audrey's). he was so excited, we couldn't open the packages fast enough. then on monday, april 11, his actual birthday, sammy got to chose everything- meals, games, shows, movies:) we had his party on saturday- an easter egg hunt and cupcake decorating. by the time the guests left, sammy was on the couch telling me "mommy i so tired now":) i think he had a pretty darn good 2nd birthday:)

all they did was eat the sprinkles, as expected

he really liked the candle- he knows his numbers 1-8, so the two was a BIG deal

he only ate the chocolate and the whipped cream
